Hello, I’m Daniela Kent.
I am a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and Continuing Education Provider who specializes in injury prevention and management, holistic recovery, and private instruction. In my 15+ years of teaching yoga, I have designed and facilitated customized yoga programs for collegiate athletic teams, retired professional figure skaters, cancer survivors, new mothers, and those within the sober living community.
My programs, classes, and private sessions fuse techniques from 1,000+ training hours in multiple styles of yoga with research and insights from my graduate study of health communication at Johns Hopkins University to empower groups and individuals to holistically heal, maximize athletic performance, and live fulfilled, inspired lives.
